You will source, screen, interview, and place physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, and allied health professionals while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and coordinating client communications. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role operating in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• 1.5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals within the U.S. market.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Are you an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a passion for connecting top healthcare professionals with outstanding career opportunities

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused recruiter to join a growing healthcare staffing organization. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and work with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, allied health professionals, and travel nursing candidates across the U.S. market.
