LAdmins is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our HR consulting team, working remotely from the Philippines while coordinating with U.S. hiring managers. You will own full cycle recruiting for healthcare roles, ensure licensing and credentialing compliance, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will screen, verify credentials, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding, using ATS and VoIP for communications. Strong English and organized work style are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including hands-on experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare roles.
• Knowledge of healthcare licensing and credentialing (RN, LPN, CNA, BLS/ACLS) and how to verify them.
• Experience running full cycle recruiting and managing several requisitions simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, MS Office or Google Workspace, and VoIP tools for calls with the U.S.
• Strong screening and interviewing skills with focus on qualifications and fit.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Full cycle healthcare recruiting for nurses, allied health professionals and clinical staff from posting to offer.
• Sourcing and pipeline building through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Screening and credential review; verify licenses and credentials before advancing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define criteria, schedule interviews and present recommendations.
• Manage offers, background checks, and onboarding handoff; maintain ATS records and reporting.
