Job summary

ClearDesk, a remote-first recruitment service, seeks a Remote Recruitment Specialist to connect healthcare professionals with patients and families. You will screen candidates, move quickly on needs, and ensure placements hit the ground running for a US-based client.

You’ll collaborate with the internal team to hit hiring goals, improve workflows, and manage tasks from sourcing to background checks, licensing, and compliance, while working 100% remotely in a US time zone.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment experience in healthcare or related fields.
• Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
• Proven ability to source candidates creatively using social media and job boards.
• Familiarity with credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews.
• Use CareerPlug, HelloHire, LinkedIn Recruiter for outreach and scheduling.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and dashboards.
• Support background checks, licensing verification, and document collection.
• Track recruitment metrics and suggest workflow improvements.
• Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles.
