The ideal candidate has healthcare education or administrative experience and is proficient with EMR/EHR and CRM systems. Excellent English communication and strong organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare education/background or healthcare administrative experience.
• Experience with EMR/EHR or CRM systems preferred.
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare or telehealth is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to healthcare providers.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and workflows.
• Route inquiries to appropriate internal teams; update pharmacy and lab tasks.
• Process basic medical records and HIPAA-compliant forms.
• Document interactions using templates and SOPs; maintain confidentiality.
