Qualifications

• Judgment under ambiguity: identify what's really going on in messy workflows.
• Hands-on AI and automation tooling; practical, not theoretical.
• Follow-through: chasing issues to resolution.
• Written communication in English: clear, direct output.

Responsibilities

• First 90 days involve manual work to map processes and spot automation opportunities.
• Automate the boring layers and build scalable rails and workflows.
• Own scope-drift detection and raise flags when requests balloon.
• Hold a bird's-eye view of project health and client engagement.
• Enable the team to run operations by building self-serve automations.
