Job summary

Offshorly is seeking a Head of Delivery to own the operational backbone across global client projects. You will define delivery standards, build playbooks, mentor PMs and delivery leads, and drive repeatable, AI-enabled delivery across CAST units.

You’ll be the escalation point for delivery blockers and shape strategy as the CAST matures, with real autonomy and a people-first culture. Remote role based in the Philippines, working with UK management and international clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in delivery management or digital operations.
• Experience managing remote cross-functional digital teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery practices.
• Mentoring track record in developing people and processes.
• Ability to shape delivery strategy alongside day-to-day operations.
• Autonomy and proactive problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: experience with AI-native or AI-augmented delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality and standards across client projects and CAST units.
• Onboard new clients and align expectations with success metrics from day one.
• Coordinate resources across projects, track timelines, and elevate risks.
• Set and track delivery OKRs and team OKRs grounded in productivity and quality.
• Mentor PMs and team leads, including performance reviews.
• Evolve delivery playbooks to keep AI orchestration consistent as CAST expands.
• Partner with AI leadership on how playbooks affect delivery standards.
