Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking an AI Automation Lead to own the internal automation roadmap across sales, operations, support, and people teams. You will ship end-to-end automations using LLM APIs and low-code platforms, measuring success and driving efficiency.

This full-time remote role requires hands-on experience with modern automation tooling and a pragmatic, product-minded thinker who can translate pain points into scalable automations that move the needle for the business.

Qualifications

2–4 years building production automations or internal tools.
Hands-on with at least one low-code automation platform.
Comfort integrating LLM APIs into workflows.
SQL fluency to pull/transform data across tools.
Light scripting in Python or JavaScript to glue things together.
Pragmatic problem solver with strong product instincts.
Clear communicator who can explain multi-step LLM workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
High ownership — defines metrics, instruments them, and reports.

Responsibilities

Run quarterly automation discovery sessions with team leads and surface high-ROI opportunities.
Design, build, and ship 2–3 production AI automations per month using n8n, Make, Zapier, or Workato.
Wire LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into workflows with strong prompt design and function calling.
Instrument automations with metrics — runs, success rate, hours saved, cost saved.
Maintain the prompt and eval library so prompts stay versioned and tested.
Document each automation clearly so it doesn’t become tribal knowledge.
Train team leads to self-serve simple automations and escalated? waits.
Partner with Security and IT on data handling, access, and compliance.
