Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with partners.
• Experience managing commercial deals and keeping accurate records.
• Good understanding of commercial metrics such as GMV, GP, revenue.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new partners from various industries and build strong, long-term business relationships.
• Identify and explore new partnership opportunities to support Kinguin’s marketplace growth.
• Manage the end-to-end deal process from initial discussions to finalising agreements.
• Maintain accurate track records of new and existing deals and keep information up to date.
• Monitor GMV and GP performance across partnerships and align with KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and ongoing development of partner agreements.
• Analyse partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial results.
