Job summary

Kinguin is seeking a partner sales professional to expand its digital marketplace partnerships. You will acquire new partners across industries, explore growth opportunities, and manage the full deal cycle from initial talks to signed agreements.

Ideal candidates have proven sales or partnerships experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze performance data. Remote work with flexible hours, plus monthly bonuses and marketplace discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, with confidence in approaching new partners.
• Experience managing commercial deals and maintaining sales or partnership records.
• Good understanding of commercial metrics such as GMV, GP, revenue.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new partners from various industries and build long-term business relationships.
• Identify and explore new partnership opportunities to support Kinguin’s marketplace growth.
• Manage end-to-end deal process from discussions and negotiations to finalising agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of new and existing deals and ensure information is up to date.
• Monitor GMV and GP performance across partnerships and align with KPIs.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and development of partner agreements.
• Analyse partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial results.
