Job summary

Kinguin is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to own and optimise direct marketing campaigns across channels, including email and web push. You will analyse performance, run experiments, and collaborate across teams to improve engagement and conversions.

The role requires experience in CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing, with a data-driven mindset and a drive to leverage AI tools to boost efficiency. Remote work with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, AOV, bounce rate and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution and optimisation of direct marketing campaigns on kinguin.net (email, web push, and popup).
• Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams on targeting and cross-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Manage product feed data required for product-based campaigns (recommendations).
• Drive email and web push subscriber growth to boost channel potential.
• Implement AI solutions to increase team efficiency and speed up time-to-market for campaigns.

What you need to be successful in this role?

A data-driven, proactive approach and ability to work independently.
