Job summary

Kinguin, founded in 2013, is a global digital entertainment marketplace with millions of users. We are seeking a data-driven marketer to own end-to-end campaigns across email, web push and popup, and to boost engagement and revenue.

You will analyze performance, run AB tests, collaborate with teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate time-to-market. Flexible remote work and marketplace perks are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, AOV, bounce rate, revenue, and unsubscribe rate.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimisation of direct marketing campaigns on kinguin.net (channels: email, web push & popup).
• Analyse campaign performance and run AB tests to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams on targeting and cross-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Manage product feed data required for product-based campaigns (product recommendations).
• Drive email and web push active subscriber growth to boost the potential of these channels.
• Implement AI solutions to increase team efficiency and accelerate the time-to-market for marketing campaigns

What you need to be successful in this role?

A data-driven, proactive approach and ability to work independently.
