Terrapeak Group in the Philippines is seeking a Business Growth Partner to lead new client acquisition remotely. This is a 100% commission-based role focused on AI automation, consulting, and training for SMEs, with uncapped earnings and potential for a permanent contract after hitting targets.

You’ll identify prospects, present solutions, and close deals while collaborating with founders to establish Terrapeak’s presence in the Philippine market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales (1–3+ years), preferably with SMEs, SaaS, consulting, or business services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Tagalog.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven—especially in a remote, commission-only environment.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, approach, and pitch to potential clients.
• Conduct meetings virtually (and in-person, if you prefer).
• Present Terrapeak’s value with professionalism and clarity.
• Close deals and meet targets, especially in AI and training segments.
• Work closely with our founders and core leadership team to shape Terrapeak’s presence in Philippines.
