Job summary

Quadcode is seeking a driven Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate network in the Philippines. You will source, onboard, and nurture partnerships under Revenue Share and CPA models, ensuring high-quality traffic and strong long-term relationships with local partners.

This remote role offers flexible hours and competitive compensation with bonuses paid in EUR, along with autonomy to launch campaigns while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to expand our market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in affiliate marketing or business development within the Philippines market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing network of Philippine affiliates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, onboard and manage affiliates in the Philippines.
• Conduct daily outreach to expand local network.
• Qualify incoming affiliate leads daily.
• Coordinate commissions and payouts.
• Monitor affiliate traffic for quality and fraud.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance.
• Attend local and international affiliate events.
• Provide market insights and performance reports.
