Job summary

GE Vernova in Philippines is seeking a Sales Manager for Grid Automation to drive growth, manage key client relationships, and coordinate with channel partners, growth and operations teams for the GA portfolio.

You will own the commercial operating plan, lead opportunities and forecasts, and ensure margin discipline while upholding ethics and compliance. Strong leadership and strategic selling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing in relevant field.
• Knowledge of electrical protection & control systems and substation automation.
• Experience in energy, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, and industrial markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Growth mindset with customer focus.
• Proactive, creative, energetic, self-motivated with industry trend knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and accountable for GA commercial operating plan.
• Drive opportunities pipeline, orders and profitability of GA business.
• Operationally meet monthly and quarterly KPI (orders, margins, etc.).
• Forecast and manage CRM system (SPEAK) effectively.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships including C-level executives.
• Provide sales leadership to coordinate and motivate independent channel partners to hit targets.
• Coordinate product training and application support to partners and end users.
• Collaborate with segment growth leaders to drive strategic growth plans.
• Lead strategic commercial plans to pursue key deals and close them.
• Work with GE Vernova teams to leverage cross-business leads and align strategies.
• Provide market feedback to product development, pricing, and GTM strategies.
• Regional channel management.
