Job summary

Smart Infrastructure in Manila, Philippines, invites an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Grid Software projects. You will ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards while prioritizing safety and compliance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and regional/global groups, manage risks and dependencies, and nurture strong stakeholder relationships to drive customer success and business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of PM experience on complex software, IT, digitalization, or energy projects.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Experience with grid software, energy management, or related digital tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Grid Software projects from initiation to closure.
Develop plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource strategies, managing dependencies.
Serve as primary contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives.
Ensure governance, regulatory, cybersecurity, and policy compliance across projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and regional/global groups.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery and drive business growth through knowledge sharing.
