Job summary

NES Fircroft in the Philippines seeks a Head of Sales - Grid Technologies to lead commercial activities across high-voltage grid products, digital grid solutions, services, and substation technologies.

The role centers on building executive relationships, expanding market share, and guiding a high-performing team to deliver profitable grid modernization projects spanning utilities, industrials, EPCs, and government sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience within the Philippine high-voltage power transmission and grid industry.
• Proven success selling HV products, substation solutions, protection & control systems, digital grid technologies, and related services.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine energy, utilities, and transmission market.
• Established network and relationships across utilities, industrial customers, EPCs, and government stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading sales teams and delivering sustained business growth.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of project-based business and complex solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for high-voltage products, grid modernization solutions, digital grid technologies, and services.
• Drive business growth by identifying and capturing opportunities across utilities, industrial customers, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships while delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Lead market expansion initiatives and position innovative grid technologies within the energy and infrastructure landscape.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities to shape commercial strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on growth and customer success.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and regional stakeholders to deliver competitive and profitable solutions.
• Oversee commercial negotiations and ensure seamless project transitions from sales to execution.
