Manila Recruitment is seeking a BD & Government Relations Officer to drive government tenders, partnerships, and strategic sales across the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end submissions, ensure compliance with procurement laws, and liaise with DOH, DepEd, NNC, and DSWD while expanding nutrition-focused opportunities.

The role requires 1–3 years in corporate sales or business development with government transactions, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
• 1–3 years in Corporate Sales, Account Management, or Business Development with government transactions;
• Experience with FMCG, Manufacturing, Distributor, Pharmaceutical or Nutrition sectors is preferred;
• Understanding of government procurement laws is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Bid Management for government tenders (PhilGEPS).
• Liaise with government agencies and LGUs; ensure compliance with procurement laws.
• Develop and maintain key accounts in private and public sectors.
• Monitor government projects, budget cycles and policy changes; provide market insights.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
