Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Taguig City seeks a Business Development & Operations Manager to oversee NGO partnerships in a hybrid setup at BGC.

Lead onboarding, manage partner relationships, supervise operations and documentation, track campaign metrics, and identify growth opportunities to scale Public Sector initiatives.

This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Operations, Project, or Partner Management.
