Job summary

PNFC is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Government Relations Officer to represent PNFC in the institutional market, building strong relationships with government agencies and decision-makers to drive account growth. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in business development or corporate sales with government exposure, a solid understanding of procurement and bidding, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Travel or on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong institutional market presence; able to articulate value to high-level institutional clients.
• 1–3 years in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Account Management with government exposure.
• Understanding of government procurement and bidding processes.
• Experience in preparing technical and financial bid documents.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Willing to travel or work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Represent PNFC in the institutional market and engage government stakeholders.
• Develop and manage relationships with government agencies and key decision-makers.
• Prepare technical and financial bid documents and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliant, competitive offers.
• Monitor procurement processes and identify new government opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  
• Exhibits strong institutional market presence; capable of articulating the company’s value proposition to high-level institutional clients and partners (a must)
  
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Account Management, with exposure to government transactions
