Job summary

Emapta is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee programs, HR reporting, compliance, and offboarding for an Australian workforce solutions business. This role provides a broad HR exposure, with opportunities to grow a global career within Emapta.

The position is project-based with dayshift hours, onsite in Makati, and offers extensive learning through Emapta Academy and lifestyle perks to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Experience with HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Ability to manage employee enquiries, HR correspondence, follow-ups, and appropriate escalations
• Ability to track HR metrics, prepare accurate reports, and analyze workforce trends
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance standards, and government requirements
• Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to research HR best practices, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within HR and People & Culture teams

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and timely support to the branch network across HR functions and generalist matters.
• Coordinate and draft HR correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, to a high standard.
• Maintain and support the delivery of HR programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage HR inboxes as the first point of contact, respond to general enquiries, and elevate matters as appropriate.
• Deliver accurate reports to branch stakeholders, the HR Team, Executive Team, and government.
• Identify, research, and propose continuous improvement opportunities based on HR best practices.
• Contribute to People & Culture projects and support strategy integration across all entities.
• Maintain HR administrative requirements, including police checks, benefits, and dashboard updates.
• Provide high-quality support to the HR Team and wider People & Culture teams across the group.
