Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Junior Product Development Coordinator to support systems, product records, and development processes for international initiatives. This remote, permanent role offers exposure to global teams, attention to data accuracy, and opportunities for growth within a top-tier outsourcing partner.

You will collaborate across Product Development Managers and factories, ensuring timely, precise catalog updates and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in product development coordination or product administration.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish items in relevant systems.
• Manage and update product lines within the system.
• Manage pallet and container configurations.
• Process invoices and save records to the designated folder.
• Complete new supplier setup forms.
• Coordinate and manage factory profile documents, including introductory emails, follow-ups, folder storage, and master file updates.
• Save factory catalogs to the designated folder.
• Complete system and item cleanups, maintenance, and data integrity checks.
• Maintain up-to-date catalogs and item databases.
• Generate reports for quantities sold or inventory by category or specific customer.
• Update existing item dimensions, pricing, certifications, vendor IDs, and class IDs.
• Set up items under another vendor or customer after a team request.
• Save team-approved product documentation to the designated folder, update relevant system records, and upload documentation to Item 360.
• Initiate marketing requests as directed by the Product Development team, including artwork, renders, photography, and sell sheets.
• Track Marketing and R&D projects.
• Create sell sheets and catalogs for existing items.
• Create and maintain product specification documents for existing items and new factory catalogs, follow up with factories, save files to the correct folder, and advise the appropriate parties.
• Prepare quote files after product information is received.
• Create sales quotes after quote approval.
• Perform other tasks to support ongoing category projects as needed.
• Open dockets
• Follow up on open dockets
• Secure approvals from required parties and follow up with relevant factory and regional teams for artwork review and approval
• Confirm receipt of digital proofs and send them to designers
• Follow up with factories on file transfer and access issues and send high-resolution artwork through WeTransfer when required
• Prepare customer presentations
