Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking an experienced outbound sales specialist to build qualified pipelines through proactive cold outreach and discovery conversations. This role emphasizes engaging decision-makers, uncovering needs, and qualifying opportunities to drive revenue growth while leveraging permanent work-from-home flexibility.

You will collaborate with global teams, maintain CRM accuracy, and meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, cold calling, or similar commercial roles.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with cold prospects, spark interest, identify needs, and qualify viable sales opportunities
• Strong spoken communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence conducting professional phone conversations
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Skilled in prospecting, rapport building, discovery questioning, objection handling, and lead qualification
• Proven track record of working against outbound activity, pipeline, lead generation, or qualified-opportunity goals
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales/prospecting platforms
• Able to tailor messaging and sales approaches based on prospect feedback and changing market conditions
• Quick to learn new offerings, processes, messaging, and sales tools, with a receptive coaching mindset
• Driven, persistent, and accountable, with strong follow-through and a clear focus on results

Responsibilities

• Keep CRM records accurate and current across outreach activity, prospect conversations, and pipeline movement
• Establish strong initial relationships and represent the business professionally throughout early-stage sales conversations
• Connect with decision-makers, build credibility, uncover needs, and qualify viable sales opportunities
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects that supports revenue growth
• Execute outbound prospecting through calls and other outreach channels to introduce relevant solutions and create interest
• Deliver against monthly opportunity-generation targets and required outbound activity KPIs
• Present clear value propositions and tailor messaging based on prospect priorities and feedback
• Coordinate qualified lead handoffs with internal teams to support smooth sales progression
