BruntWork is seeking an organized International Procurement & Freight Logistics Coordinator to manage global purchasing workflows and supplier communications. You will create POs, liaise with China-based manufacturers, and track production schedules using Zoho Inventory.

You will coordinate end-to-end freight to the New Zealand warehouse, perform account reconciliations, and ensure alignment between invoices, payments, and inventory ledgers. Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing administration, supply chain coordination, or import/export logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory management systems (Zoho Inventory highly valued).
• Strong written English; Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage but not required.

Responsabilités

• Generate, issue, and track purchase orders for international manufacturing partners (China).
• Communicate with suppliers via email to confirm receipts, resolve queries, and monitor timelines.
• Log and update real-time order, shipment, and production statuses in Zoho Inventory.
• Maintain organized digital records of supplier communications, invoices, and purchasing documentation.
• Oversee end-to-end freight coordination from China to the New Zealand warehouse.
• Perform financial account reconciliations matching purchasing records, supplier bills, and payments.
• Identify and resolve pricing, quantity, or shipping discrepancies with suppliers and management.
• Support general administrative tasks across the supply chain department.
