Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Global Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee international purchasing, shipments, and documentation. You will liaise with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate data in the ERP system.

You will monitor production schedules, logistics, and compliance, resolving disruptions and driving cost efficiencies. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, import/export, or international transportation
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, International Business, or related field preferred
• Understanding of international shipping processes incl. ocean/air freight and customs clearance
• Familiarity with ERP, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams across time zones

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international purchase orders from order placement to final delivery
• Monitor supplier production schedules, lead times, and delivery commitments
• Communicate with global suppliers about order status, quantities, and delays
• Maintain purchase order dates and supplier info in ERP
• Identify supplier-related risks and escalate issues affecting inventory or customers
• Coordinate international ocean, air, truck, and courier shipments
• Monitor shipments from origin to delivery and update ETA
• Resolve shipment delays, customs holds, and connectivity issues
• Support import/export documentation and timely customs clearance
• Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audits
• Monitor inbound inventory, open POs, and backorders
• Analyze demand data and update min/max inventory quarterly
• Prepare reports on open orders, inbound shipments, shortages, and risks
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, lead times, costs, and accuracy
• Proactively investigate disruptions and coordinate corrective actions
• Develop relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams
