Addiction Foods NZ Ltd. is seeking an experienced Order Management Team Lead to drive end-to-end order execution, export logistics, and process improvements across our global markets.

This role leads the Order Management & Logistics Team and partners with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in Logistics or Order Management, strong SAP SD/MM, advanced Excel, and a track record of leading international teams in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Logistics or Order Management.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG or export-heavy manufacturing is essential.
• Strong hands-on experience in international export logistics and trade documentation/compliance.
• Advanced SAP ERP experience, SD and MM modules.
• Strong Excel and data analytics capability; Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end order-to-delivery lifecycle from order entry to final delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely export documentation, shipping, and customs compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Fulfillment, customers, freight forwarders, carriers and brokers.
• Monitor shipment performance, order accuracy, lead times, and logistics KPIs.
• Manage freight forwarder/carrier relationships and support freight-cost optimization.
• Drive SAP-enabled automation, process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Lead and support the Order Management & Logistics Team.
