Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, validation, and system maintenance to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.

• Maintain and update sales databases, operational trackers, and reporting tools with high accuracy.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, validation, and system maintenance to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate order consolidation across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
• Maintain and update sales databases, operational trackers, and reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy.
• Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to plan and execute delivery schedules according to business requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and retail partners regarding order status, delivery updates, and transactional enquiries.
• Process returns, claims, and related documentation in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
• Monitor order fulfilment progress and proactively address delivery delays, stock issues, or operational challenges.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales, inventory, and operational performance reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of operational workflows and customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3 years of experience within sales operations, order management, customer service, logistics coordination, or sales administration.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience managing large datasets and operational reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced retail, consumer goods, or global commercial environment.
