Job summary

Vertiv Co in Mandaluyong, Philippines, seeks an Order Management professional to ensure regional project success in Australia/New Zealand. You will collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders and project managers to fulfill customer commitments.

The role covers end-to-end order processing, including Oracle entry, stock review, PO releases, and coordination with freight forwarders to meet project timelines. Strong English communication and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics or procurement operations.
• Ability to supervise staff and resolve conflicts.
• Solid ERP and computer skills.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to communicate with all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact in Supply Chain Operations for DC products for AU/NZ market.
• Support end-to-end order processing for Key Account customers, including Oracle entry.
• Review on-hand stocks for allocation and project use.
• Release POs to suppliers and coordinate with freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
• Provide regular updates to the project management team.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure just-in-time stock.
• Identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions.

Brief Job Description:

As Order Management, he/she will use his/her business acumen and industry knowledge to ensure the overall success of the business in the mentioned region. He/she will collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders and project managers to fulfil the commitment to our customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acts as the main contact in Supply Chain Operations for DC products requirement supporting Australia/New Zealand Market Unit.
• Support end to end order processing for Key Account customer including but not limited to the following:
  • Order Entry to Oracle System.
  • Reviewing on hand stocks that can be allocated and used for the project.
  • Releasing POs to suppliers.
  • Work with suppliers and freight forwarders on timely deliveries to meet the project timeline.
• Ensure customer order are processed correctly and on time.
• Engaged and provides regular update to the project management team.
• Monitor and review inventory level to ensure stocks are coming in just in time.
• Anticipates problem and proactively suggest or provide solution before the issue gets escalated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any other related course.
• 1 to 3 years of on hand experience in supply chain, logistics and procurement operations.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise staffs and resolve conflicts.
• Solid ERP and well develop computer skills.
• Strong understanding end to end supply chain process.
• Good Command of spoken and written English.
• Able to communication with all levels within the organization.
• Good balance between independent and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization, eye for detail and accountable to the tasks assigned.
