Job summary

Addiction Foods is hiring for an Order Management (Team Lead) role based in the Philippines with a work-from-home setup supporting global export operations. You will lead end-to-end order execution, ensure compliance of export documentation, and optimize logistics workflows.

You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and freight partners, driving SAP-enabled automation while mentoring the Order Management & Logistics Team across time zones and peak shipment periods.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
5–7+ years in Logistics or Order Management.
At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in FMCG or export-heavy manufacturing.
Strong hands-on export logistics & trade documentation/compliance.
Advanced SAP ERP experience, SD and MM modules; Excel/data analytics.

Responsibilities

Manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle from SAP order entry through final delivery.
Ensure accurate and timely export, shipping, and customs documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Fulfillment, customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
Monitor shipment performance, order accuracy, lead times, and logistics KPIs.
Manage freight forwarder/carrier relationships and support freight-cost optimization.
Drive SAP-enabled automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Lead and support the Order Management & Logistics Team.
