Job summary

Addiction Foods is seeking an experienced Order Management & Logistics Officer (Team Lead) to drive end-to-end order execution, export logistics, and process improvement across global markets.

Based in the Philippines with work-from-home flexibility, you will manage SAP orders, ensure shipping and customs docs, lead the team, and optimize freight-cost and KPIs. The role requires 5–7+ years in logistics, FMCG export experience, and strong data analytics with Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Logistics or Order Management.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG or export-heavy manufacturing - essential.
• Strong hands-on experience in international export logistics and trade documentation/compliance.
• Advanced SAP ERP experience, particularly SD and MM modules.
• Strong Excel and data analytics capability; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable supporting global operations across time zones and critical shipment periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle, from SAP order entry through final delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely export, shipping, and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Fulfillment, customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipment performance, order accuracy, lead times, and logistics KPIs.
• Manage freight forwarder/carrier relationships and support freight-cost optimization.
• Drive SAP-enabled automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and support the Order Management & Logistics Team.
