Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Global Order Lifecycle Management, overseeing requisition to receipt across multiple sites and ensuring governance, cost targets, and continuous improvement. You will drive standardization, automation, and digital enablement with IT and Finance teams.

The role requires 12+ years in procurement operations, leadership experience, and deep knowledge of S2P and P2P processes in a global shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 12+ years in Procurement Operations, P2P, S2P, or GBS environments.
• 8+ years managing end-to-end Order Lifecycle Management and PO/PR/GR processes.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a global or multi-site setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational execution of Global Requisition to Receipt across three global sites.
• Own governance, controls, and compliance for end-to-end procurement processes.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and digital enablement across PR/PO/GR lifecycle.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Procurement Enablement to optimize platforms and tools.
