hammerjack is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to support outsourced bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, and monthly reporting for clients in Australia, the UK, and the USA. The role offers hybrid work with on-site options as requested by clients.

You will manage weekly bank reconciliations, AP data entry, and monthly reporting, using NetSuite or similar software where available. This position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely updates for global operations.

Qualifications

• Requires clerical and basic bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with NetSuite, Xero or similar accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly bank reconciliations across AUD, USD, GBP.
• Enter and process accounts payable invoices and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and remote worker IT summaries.
