Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is expanding and seeks skilled bookkeepers/accounting professionals to manage daily bookkeeping for clients abroad. The role covers payables, receivables, journal entries, and month-end close, with responsibility for bank and vendor reconciliations and financial reporting.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Excel, or Google Workspace, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience serving clients abroad.
• Excellent written and spoken English; experience working with clients or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping duties: payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant and loan accounts; complete month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow; review discrepancies.
