Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team on a permanent work-from-home basis. You will maintain accurate financial records, input transactions, process invoices, and support our accounting functions to ensure the smooth operation of all financial processes across the company.

The role requires 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and proficiency with QuickBooks or Xero and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping of transactions, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoicing and follow-ups.
• Prepare financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients on financial matters.
