Job summary
Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is hiring for a Remote Bookkeeper/Accounting Professional to handle daily bookkeeping and month-end closes for clients abroad. You will manage payables/receivables, entries, and accruals, reconciling bank and card accounts and producing key financial statements.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years' international bookkeeping, strong English, and expertise with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
- Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to work with international clients.
- Experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel or Google Workspace is valued; CPA and non-CPA candidates welcome.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping: payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; close month-end.
- Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow; support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow reporting.
