Job summary

Command|Link is hiring a Recruiter to own full lifecycle hiring for our G&A functions, including Finance, Accounting, Operations, Legal, HR, and Administration. You will run searches end to end, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close.

You will manage 10 to 20 open requisitions at any given time and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on what great talent looks like, where to find it, and how to land it.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full lifecycle recruiting, with focus on G&A.
• Experience sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across IC and manager levels.
• Ability to advise managers using data and market knowledge.
• Knowledge of modern ATS systems and compensation conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for 10–20 active G&A requisitions.
• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements and timelines.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn and referrals.
• Conduct screens and assessments; deliver clear recommendations.
• Drive offer strategy, negotiation, and closing with hiring managers.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and timely communications.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and report recruiting metrics.
• Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing and outreach.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
