Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines
• Create and optimize job descriptions for visibility and flow
• Source candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and niche boards
• Screen candidates via structured interviews and assess fit
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and manage offers and onboarding
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics
