Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a proactive professional to support the Business Development Team and drive accurate financial reporting processes. The role focuses on validating data, preparing investment reports, and coordinating with internal and external sources.

You will manage Salesforce data, handle client reports in the workflow, respond to account inquiries, and contribute to process improvements while working a 7pm–4am shift.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in client reporting and deliverables.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of financial markets.
• Excellent English (oral and written).
• Strong client service skills.
• Tech-savvy; open to AI/automation tools.
• Willing to work 7pm-4am shift.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of financial information in reports (holdings, transactions, portfolios, returns).
• Collate data and email confirmations to prepare investment reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate data requirements with internal and external sources per schedule.
• Check and approve client reports in the Reporting Workflow; monitor end-of-day status.
• Manage inbox queries related to accounts and reports.
