Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional with fund accounting experience to manage trade holdings, fees, and reconciliations. You will work with Bloomberg, QuickBooks, and OMS/PMS to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of fund accounting experience, CPA preferred, and strong analytical skills. You will collaborate with auditors and support tax and compliance tasks in a dynamic environment in Pasay, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 2–3 years of direct experience in end-to-end fund accounting.
• Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks) and trade-order systems (Bloomberg).
• Ability to validate accounting data packages and financial statements.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle high-volume trading activity.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade holdings allocations and track open/fulfilled trades via Bloomberg.
• Calculate management and incentive fees.
• Record bookings in OMS/PMS.
• Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations.
• Collaborate with accounting on system and reporting implementations.
• Support data analytics and internal/external reporting tasks.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly partners' capital tie-outs for private equity funds.
• Execute weekly cash reconciliations and classify transactions in QuickBooks.
• Generate P&L and holdings exposure reports using Bloomberg.
• Assist with year-end audit processes with auditors and administrators.
• Review fund tax returns and K-1s; assist with compliance matters.
