Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Trading Operations professional to support diverse trading, investment, and reporting activities within a scalable investment operations framework. You will coordinate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, and administrators to resolve issues, monitor settlements for equities and swaps, and drive process improvements.

Candidates need at least 3 years in Capital Markets, Excel and SQL skills, and a willingness to work graveyard

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in Capital Markets, reconciliation, or fund accounting.
Basic to intermediate knowledge in Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives; trade lifecycle.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL; VBA a plus.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Able to work with SLA and metrics.
Willing to work Graveyard shift (10 PM or 11 PM PH time).

Responsibilities

Communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, and admins to resolve issues.
Support daily tasks across Middle Office and other teams as needed.
Identify process efficiencies through streamlining and automation projects.
Ensure proper handoffs offshore and onshore are performed.
Maintain timely updates and completeness of process documentation.
Take on additional responsibilities as the group expands.
Address failed trades and resolve settlement issues for equities and swaps.
Monitor REPOs, IRS, CDS, and ICE trades for issues or breaks.
Respond to email inquiries related to pre-matching and discrepancies.
