Job summary

Infinit-O, a people-centered firm with over 20 years in data-driven financial services, seeks a senior operations leader to oversee investment data processing and reporting. You will manage large datasets, coordinate with custodians and administrators, and drive scalable processes across multiple product lines.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services and supervisory experience, with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• College degree in economics, finance or a related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of financial service industry experience
• 1+ years supervisory experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and analyze alternative investment trades, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
• Aggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data
• Preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly upload files for Client Reporting database
• Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
• Liaise and develop relationships with custodians, third party administrators, and other vendors
• Resolve data reporting system issues and elevate issues to senior team members as needed
• Develop, implement, and maintain operating procedures
• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
• Coach, guide and train team members towards providing excellent service
• Assist in hiring, selection and training of new team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and analyze alternative investment trades, including subscriptions,
• redemptions, and transfers
• Aggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data
• Preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly upload files for Client Reporting database
• Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Liaise and develop relationships with custodians, third party administrators, and other vendors
• Resolve and implement scalable solutions for various external parties, including
• custodians, third party administrators, and other vendors
• Resolve data reporting system issues and exercise judgment to elevate issues to senior team members as needed
• Assist in the development of efficient processes and procedures working with the
• technology team to automate workflow as well as gain in-depth understanding of
• technology and operational workflow across multiple product lines
• Develop, implement, and maintain operating procedures
• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
• Help define and drive scalable solutions across all business lines, including alternative investments and capital markets
• Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest
• Perform all functions above and the following leadership functions shown below
• Establish and execute processes and procedures
• Establish and manage the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor and evaluate all processes and implement improvement to ensure Customer
• clients receive appropriate and high-quality services as committed
• Perform daily and monthly auditing of work processes
• Monitor and assist team members in the daily operation aspects of the project including reviewing the status and performance against targets, performing root cause analysis of variances and making improvements to meet the targets
• Coach, guide and train team members by providing creative ideas and ways on how to carry out the respective tasks towards providing excellent service
• Provide assistance to team members in accordance with established practices and
• procedures
• Provide reports as agreed with the Customer
• Assist in hiring, selection and training of new team members

Job Requirements and Credentials:

• College degree in economics, finance or a related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of financial service industry experience
• 1+ years supervisory experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
