Job summary

Infinit-O in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Reporting specialist to join the team. You will participate in all financial reporting processes and regulatory capital calculations for the holdings company and its entities, and prepare quarterly management packs with Balance Sheet and P&L analyses.

The role involves cash forecasting for international entities and supporting audits and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Excellent English communication (oral and written).
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
Willing to report to a late mid-shift schedule (5PM–2AM/6PM–3AM).

Responsibilities

Participate in all financial reporting processes and regulatory capital calculations for the client's holdings company and its entities.
Prepare and review quarterly management reporting packs including Balance Sheet and P&L of the consolidated holdings company.
Conduct periodic cash forecasting for the client's international entities.
Support audit and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, Australia, Denmark, Hong Kong, Germany, India).
Maintain updated process documentation and assist with related processes as required.
