Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a detail‑driven Pre-Trade Platform Operations Analyst to ensure data integrity and efficient pre‑trade processes. You will manage fund setup, monitor platform data, and partner with internal teams to document requirements and drive automation.

The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, VBA), good communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Moderate skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot Tables, VBA, and macros
• Background in operational data reconciliation and quality assurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated dependability and ability to handle confidential business information.

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes and improvements, automation initiatives, and training efforts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures.
• Monitor for issues and risks, escalate any inconsistencies, and partner with leadership on resolution.
• Manage internal/ external requests in a timely manner and procedurally update the platform accordingly.
• Evaluate, design, and enhance any macros, queries, dashboards, and automation logic.
• Contribute to ongoing platform enhancements and other ad hoc operational projects as assigned.
