Hyre is seeking a dedicated Financial Virtual Assistant to support daily financial operations in a 100% remote role. The position bridges field service workflows with backend accounting using ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in finance administration, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage sensitive financial data autonomously from a home office with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
• Proficient in Excel pivot tables and formulas; strong data entry skills.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with sensitive financial data.
• Dedicated home office with reliable internet and backup power.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable processes, vendor invoices, PO tracking.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoice conversion and payment tracking.
• Daily financial data entry and monthly reconciliations.
• Support payroll workflows by auditing timesheets and commissions in ServiceTitan.
• Integrate workflows between ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online, batch syncing and reconciliation.
• Maintain secure, organized digital archiving of contracts and receipts.
