Hyre is hiring a Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant for a 100% remote, full-time role supporting home services clients. You will manage service requests, dispatch technicians, and maintain real-time dispatch data to ensure seamless operations and strong client experiences.

Ideal candidates have customer service or dispatching experience, excellent English communication, and comfort with ServiceTitan and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or dispatching in a service-oriented industry.
• Proficiency navigating ServiceTitan or similar service management software.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication for US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries with fast response.
• Dispatch service technicians and optimize schedules for timely appointments.
• Log service requests and keep dispatch data up to date in real time.
• Proactively communicate service status and delays to clients.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
