Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping or similar role.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional communication.
• Comfortable making phone calls to customers about outstanding payments.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach and ability to follow up.
• Experience with accounting/finance systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and review driver reimbursements and fleet payments on time.
• Ensure supporting documentation is complete and payments allocated correctly.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and support AP month-end activities.
• Monitor outstanding fleet receivables and follow up with customers.
• Apply customer payments to invoices, including manual cash application when needed.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate high-risk issues as needed.
