Cloudstaff in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable specialist to support our growing fleet operations. This hands-on role focuses on accurate payments, reimbursements, and timely cash application, with automated invoicing reducing manual processing.

You will follow up with customers, resolve payment discrepancies, and help with reconciliations and month-end activities. We value detail orientation, proactive ownership, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or finance administration.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional customer communication.
• Comfortable making calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Proactive approach and ownership rather than waiting for instruction.
• Experience with accounting/finance systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process driver reimbursements and fleet payments on time.
• Ensure documentation is complete and payments are accurately allocated.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with internal teams and fleet operations.
• Monitor outstanding fleet receivables and follow up with customers.
• Apply customer payments to invoices and perform manual cash application if required.
• Escalate high-risk collections to the relevant team members.
