Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer for a fully remote role. You will act as the technical lead in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives to win enterprise opportunities in contact centers.

You will deliver compelling demos of AI-powered solutions, translate business needs into architectures with product/engineering, respond to RFPs, and guide AI adoption strategies with CCaaS integrations. Travel across APAC may be required.

Qualifications

6+ years in Contact Centre, pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
Experience in Conversational AI space.
Project management or business consulting in contact center.
Experience in managing large and strategic accounts.
Hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI applications, conversational AI platforms.
Prior experience selling to CCaaS solutions (Genesys, Avaya, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect).
Strong ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel across India/APAC for client engagements.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives to drive enterprise opportunities.
Understand customer pain points in contact centers and map them to AI-powered solutions (conversational AI, Agentic AI, knowledge retrieval, etc.).
Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos showcasing GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures with product and engineering teams.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical responses and solution designs.
Advise clients on AI adoption strategies and integration with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect, etc.).
Stay updated on AI trends, competitors, and agentic enterprise AI adoption.
