Qualifications

• Applicants must be Philippine citizens residing in the Philippines.
• Available full time for U.S. business hours (night shifts in the Philippines) and weekend coverage.
• Registered with the BIR as an independent contractor; NBI clearance may be required.
• No dual citizenship or permanent residency in another country.

Responsibilities

• Verify vision and medical insurance eligibility ahead of patient visits.
• Submit prior authorizations and follow through to approval.
• Post charges and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
