Job summary

Hunt St seeks Philippines-based candidates for an Export Sales Development role. This 100% remote position is arranged via an Employer of Record (EOR) with cross-functional collaboration to support Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Regulatory.

You will grow the MENA distributor network, manage existing accounts, and onboard new partners across the Middle East, North Africa, and ASEAN. Proficiency in Arabic and English is valued; travel may be required to Australia head office.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience from prospecting through quotation to close (export, distributor or channel sales preferred).
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for distributor engagement.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international discussions with head office.
• Strong pricing and margin judgment with attention to detail in quoting.
• Comfortable using CRM/ERP platforms or quickly learning them.
• Able to run a territory independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
• Tertiary qualification in business, sales or marketing preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect and onboard new distributors and resellers in assigned markets.
• Act as primary contact for distributors; maintain cadence and track performance.
• Provide quotes, pricing references, product information, and tender support to move deals forward.
• Deliver product and sales training; coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and newsletters.
• Support regulatory and registration needs; gather product and quality documentation.
• Track orders and coordinate with Supply Chain on shipping and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular territory updates to management.
