Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd, a Philippines-based role, seeks a highly proactive, senior Operations Manager / General Manager (Ecomm) for a 100% remote engagement with AU clients. You will own end-to-end operations, logistics, inventory, and AI-enabled automation, coordinating with 3PLs, factories, and marketing partners.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on problem solving to drive growth while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in operations management and general management across logistics or inventory.
• Experience with international logistics/import-export exposure.
• Experience working remotely for international/offshore employers is highly regarded.
• Experience across D2C and B2B, ecommerce operations end-to-end.
• Prior B2B sales experience in wholesale/bulk supply is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external logistics networks (3PL, freight forwarders, couriers).
• Lead meetings with warehouses, forwarders, and factories.
• Forecast demand and manage stock risks across supply chain.
• Directly manage suppliers and chase production/shipping updates.
• Own AI integrations to streamline reporting and workflows.
